Terms & Conditions — Payung99

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Payung99 ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the Payung99 website, mobile platform, and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, cryptocurrency transactions, and promotional offers.

By accessing the Payung99 platform, creating an account, making deposit, or participating in any game or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms are supplemented by ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form an integral part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" — The Payung99 website, mobile application, and all related services operated under the domain payung99.cam.
• "Player Account" / "Account" — A registered user account created on the Platform by an individual who has accepted these Terms and completed the registration process.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer. The identity and age verification process required by the Platform before a withdrawal may be approved.
• "Balance" — The total funds held within a Player Account, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — Any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player Account under specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winings become eligible for withdrawal. Also referred to as "rollover" or "turnover requirement".
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary fiat currency denomination used for Player Account balances and transactions on the Platform.
• "Cryptocurrency" — Digital assets including but not limited to USDT, Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH) that are accepted as payment methods on the Platform.
• "Services" — All gambling, wagering, gaming, and related services provided by the Platform including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and instant-win products.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — Any country or territory where accessing, using, or participating in online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where the Platform does not accept registrations.

To register and maintain an account on Payung99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged21 years or older at the time of registration. This minimum age is strictly enforced. Payung99 does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register or use the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any Prohibited Jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is explicitly unlawful.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from any gambling platform or have been excluded from Payung99 previously, unless your exclusion period has formally expired and been lifted by the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, agent, or close family member of any employee of Payung99 or any affiliated company, unless express written permission has been granted by the Platform.
• You must be acting entirely on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee of any other person.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Payung99 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document (MyKad or passport for Malaysian players).
• A valid, personal email address to which you have exclusive access.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A unique and secure password for your account.
• Contact details and, where required, your residential address.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and must not share your username or password with any third party. Payung99 will never request your password via any communication channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be attributed to you as the registered account holder.

Payung99 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that registration information is false, incomplete, or fraudulent.

Before any withdrawal may be processed, all Players are required to complete the Platform's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process is in place to verify the identity and age of each Player, to prevent fraud, and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards.

The following documents may be required as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your MyKad (front and back), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your full name and residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits is owned and controlled by you. For e-wallets such as Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay, a screenshot of the registered account may be required. For bank transfers via DuitNow or FPX, confirmation of bank account ownership may be requested.
• Source of Funds Declaration: For high-value transactions or where the Platform dems it necessary, Players may be asked to declare and evidence the source of funds used for deposits.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission for standard cases. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld until KYC is satisfactorily completed. Payung99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including for accounts that have previously been verified.

Payung99 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods designed specifically to serve Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (compatible with Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other major Malaysian banks), as well as cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

The following general deposit terms apply to all Players:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for fiat payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to a minimum equivalent of approximatelyRM50 at the prevailing exchange rate.
• All deposits must be made from payment methods that are registered in the depositing Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time or near-real time in most cases. Processing delays outside Payung99's control, including those arising from payment provider networks, do not constitute a breach by the Platform.
• Payung99 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider or bank may apply its own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.
• Deposited funds are held in accounts designated for player funds, separate from the Platform's operational accounts.

Payung99 reserves the right to change supported payment methods, minimum or maximum deposit limits, and processing procedures at any time. Where such changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform.

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause and the completion of KYC verification.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the Player's name. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect Players from third-party fraud.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be fully completed before any withdrawal incorporating bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be approved.
• Processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals via DuitNow or FPX typically take 30 minutes to 2 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes, subject to network confirmation times.
• Payung99 may conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Such checks may extend processing times.
• Payung99 reserves the right to decline or reverse a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where compliance with applicable regulations requires it.

Payung99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards, and referal bonuses. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed at the point of opt-in, which form part of this Agreement.

The following general bonus terms apply across all promotions unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above who have completed account registration. Certain promotions may carry additional eligibility criteria.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. Abuse of promotional offers — including through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other manipulation — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.
• Bonus Funds and winings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in each promotion's terms. Bonuses not claimed or wagered within the applicable period will expire automatically.
• Payung99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account, except where fraud or abuse is detected.

By using Payung99, you agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal gaming and entertainment. You agree that you will not:

• Access or use the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
• Use any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or complete wagering requirements.
• Attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or system for financial gain. Any winings derived from such exploitation will be void.
• Share, sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account to any third party.
• Use the Platform to engage in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Engage in collusion with other Players in live dealer games, poker, or other competitive formats.
• Post, share, or communicate any content via the Platform that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise unlawful.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or databases.

Payung99 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to a breach of this clause, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Payung99 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, money laundering, and all other forms of prohibited financial activity. The Platform employs real-time transaction monitoring, KYC protocols, and third-party fraud detection tools to identify and respond to suspicious activity.

Activity that Payung99 considers potentially fraudulent or prohibited includes, but is not limited to:

• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without a legitimate basis, where the deposit was used to fund gambling activity.
• Use of stolen, misappropriated, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an account.
• Registration using false identity information, or using another person's identity documents for KYC verification.
• Deliberately structuring transactions to avoid detection or reporting thresholds under applicable AML laws.
• Use of VPNs, proxies, or other geo-masking tools to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Where Payung99 suspects or identifies any of the above, it reserves the right to freeze relevant account, withold all funds pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities. Players found to have engaged in fraudulent activity will not be entitled to any balance within their account.

Payung99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe gambling should be a form of entertainment and not a means of income or financial relief. The following tools and policies are in place to support our Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Payung99.
• Modify, adapt, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform or its software.
• Use any Payung99 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that may cause confusion or imply endorsement without explicit authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action. Game content provided by third-party studios is subject to those studios' respective intellectual property rights in addition to these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Payung99 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winings arising from technical errors, or interruption of service.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Payung99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, absence of errors in game software, or the accuracy of odds or promotional terms displayed at any given time.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, Payung99 reserves the right to void affected game round or wager and return the stake to the Player's account. This represents the full extent of the Platform's liability in such circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Payung99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which Payung99 operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the Payung99 support team. The Platform will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitral body in the licensing jurisdiction. Both parties waive any right to a class action or collective proceding in relation to any dispute arising under these Terms.

Payung99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material — including changes to withdrawal conditions, eligibility requirements, or Player rights — we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account before the effective date of the amendment. Closing your account prior to an amendment does not forfeit any rightfully earned balance, subject to the applicable withdrawal conditions in effect at the time.
