Strict 21+ Age Enforcement
Payung99 has a hard minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered players. This is non-negotiable. We enforce this through a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process that every player must complete before a withdrawal is approved.
At the point of registration, all players self-declare their date of birth.
